Bridges Adult Day Health Center is licensed for 80 members
complete with a Senior, Alzheimer's, and Disabled Adult
Program.
We specialize in services to meet the needs of the Medically
Frail Adult and their caregivers. Such as:

Full-time registered nurse and Social Services

Transportation to and from the center and medical appointments

Individualized counseling
-
Hot
meals and snacks
-
Art,
crafts and games
-
Rehabilitative therapies
-
Personal care services
-
Nutritional counseling
-
Therapeutic activities and support groups
Classes are specially taught
to teach independent skills to the disabled. Each member is
welcome to join the cooking class, computer class, and money
management classes we offer!
Bridges accepts Medicaid, NJ Respite, funding from the
Community Care Program for the Elderly and Disabled, NJ State
Alzheimer grant and other agencies. Our Social Worker would be
happy to assist you in applying for funds!
